Time stretches and folds around us. The moon waxes and wanes. It is time for Dal Niente to return to the stage, and it is time for your senses to envelop you in the mind-bending experience that is Gerard Grisey’s spectralist classic, Vortex Temporum. It is also time for you to dive into the sounds the voice can make with a never-before-heard arrangement of P is for… by Anthony Green, and experience the audacious sights and sounds of Parafrasis by Melissa Vargas, whose engagingly notated music is just theatrical enough to jump out of the screen and fill your home with new ideas. And your computer - that portal into infinite worlds - isn’t done with you yet. In Rebecca Saunders’ O Yes and I for Soprano and bass flute, the two voices transmute themselves and each other into a riot of colorful sounds and emotions.
